Glenlands Droughtmasters went to all parts of Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory at the 2003 annual Glenlands Droughtmaster Sale which saw an average of $4045 and a 99% clearance.

Fred and Juleen Johnson, Hillsborough, Biloela took one of the equal top sellers, the $17,000 Glenlands D Gallagher (36-months). By Swan Horsham, Gallagher scaled in at 974kg and with an EMA of 129 and fat depth readings of 13/8mm was marketed with 180 straws of semen. Horsham's 18 sons averaged $4556. At equal money was the 19-month Glenlands Herald by the first season sire, Glenlands Emblem. Weighing 664kg with an EMA of 110 and a daily gain of 1.08kg the heifers first calf sold to the Karinya Partnership, Allora owned by Allan Matson. Five by Emblem averaged $8700.

Jumbuck Pastoral Company, Meda and Blina Stations, Kimberley , WA took 14 for an average $2893. Callum Maclachan, Adelaide selected males for the company's bull-multiplying herd for the two million acre aggregation.

John Quintana, Wallco Pty Ltd, Darwin took 14 for a $2179 average while Richard and Robyn Simmons, Avon Downs, Clermont invested $100,000 for their 32 head topping at $5000.

Moura producer, Greg Bowden, Tackeracka ended with 10 for a $4750 average. Top of his draft at $7000 was the 26-month Cungelella Farmhand son, Governor (876kg).

Glenlands Herald the $17,000 equal top seller at the Glenlands Droughtmaster Sale, Gracemere in September. The 19-month-old with Jason Childs, Glenlands Stud was purchased by Allan Matson, Karinya Partnership, Allora.

Anthony Anderson, Eddington Station, Julia Creek took eight for a $3625, John Lund, Kalarah, Emerald 6 av $2917, the Price family, Leemar Droughtmasters, Mt Hope, Wallumbilla 6 av $3750.

Brett Nobbs, Inverrio, Duaringa selected three to average $6667 topping at $8500 for a 33-month-old by Cungelella Foundation. The Purnell family, Calioran Stud, Alton Downs selected the $10,000 21-month, 676kg, Glenlands High Profile (Emblem) while the Jarvis family, Oakfield, Clifton paid the same money for 848kg, 122EMA, Glenlands Hot Shot (P) (24-months) by the $42,000 Swan Jeopardise. John Baker, Booroondarra, Middlemount claimed sale opener, the 1072kg Glenlands George (P) (Horsham) for $9000 with Aubrey and Ross Kinbacher, Garthowen Stud, Biggenden taking the $7500 Wingfield Eric son, Glenlands D Harrison (P) (21-months).

John and Bronwen Piggott, Fairhaven Stud, Rolleston outlaid $6000 for a 23-month-old Swan Factor son. Jim Primrose and family, Gympie secured with a $7500 bid a 20-month-old Sunderland Ballero male with a final EBV of +21 while Russell Letchford, Cosmos, Middlemount outlaid an average $5500 for their two. Stewart Becker, Passchendale, Moura set a $6500 average for his pair topping at $9000 for a 35-month-old by Ballero. Dan Sullivan, Talgai, Capella returned to take four for a $4250 average. Bill Acton, Krismark, Moura picked up a $6500 Farmhand entry at 34-months while another by Farmhand made $5000 going to Richard and Vicki Hawkins, Bon Accord, Anakie who ended with three for a $4000 average.
