Glenlands raises $7750 for charity

The sale of three semen packages in leading sires has raised a total of $7750 for the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the Capricornia Helicopter Rescue Unit at the annual Glenlands Sale.
The first (5) straws in Swan Horsham sold for $3250 ($650/straw) going to the Carrington family, Rondel Stud, Winton.
The package in the $40,000 Ebony Hills Choirboy also of 5 straws made $3500 ($700/straw) selling to Brett Weick, Barwonga Farm Stud, Bellingen, NSW.
Last to be offered was the five straws in Glenlands Element fetched $1000 ($200/straw). This package sold to Peter and Marilyn Jones, Grangeside Stud, Nambour.
