After a stellar career at Royal and regional level, our leading Farmhand son burst onto the scene in 2007. His first seven daughters have now sold to average $8857. At the 2008 sale a breed record $20,000 was paid for the joined heifer, Mocha selling to the Vitwood Stud. His first males sold at the 2008 sale with five selling to a $14,000 high to average $7100. Tremendous interest has been generated in his show progeny and they're achieving success - like their sire. Hatch is one of the most complete sire prospects we have produced to date with a full performance pedigree. His semen fetched a record $800/straw at the 2005 sale. He's been heavily utilized in our ET and IVF programmes and his dam is now a member of the 'donor band' at Glenlands. | |
